What Customers Say About The Runner's World Training Diary:

If you're someone who likes having the "bells and whistles" though with items-- this product may be for you. Diary was pretty costly for what you get. I think that I could do just as well with getting a blank journal and using that for my training notes.

Since they've screwed up the "The Complete Runner's Day-by-Day Log," this will be my new diary from now on. Lots of room to write down conditions, results, etc.

As I said, not a lot of bells and whistles but well done. Space for simple information including mileage, rate and cumulative mileage plus ample room for comments is provided as well as weight and pulse rate. I've used many types of training diaries. If you are looking for a nice, easy to use diary without a lot of bells and whistles then this is a good one.

The book needs more training workouts for the 70+ runners. [ASIN:1594860211 Masters Running: A Guide to Running and Staying fit After 40]Some good advice, but too much personal ego and too many studies.

I ordered two books so I already have my training diary for next year. I even tailor it to my wants and write in the temperature and the wind speed for each workout. I have been running for over 30 years since high school. I like that I can write in the date and there is adequate space for writing in each specific workout. The training diary even has a few additional features like Quick Diary (a years view of the miles for each day), Progress of Personal Records, Best Times Year by Year, Stretching Exercises and a few other added training helps. I have tracked all of my workouts every year since then. If you were to look in my running log books, you would find the Runner's World Training Diary as the overwhelming majority of my log books.
